3. How can I change my password?
  1. Go to the Settings Menu
  2. Look for the Password and tap it
  3. Type your current and your new password
  4. Confirm the new password

  1. If you want to send a file:

  3. Click on the top right Share icon
  4. Enter the email address of the person to whom you want to send
    Enter subject
  5. And click on Send button
5. How can I get more space?
  • Once registered to the SMAC Cloud platform, you automatically get 10 GB for free.
  • If you need even more space, go to the SMAC Cloud Admin console, click on Settings and tap Get More Space at the top.

You will be prompted to select one of our premium plans.

You can use your files offline, and even listen to your audios or watch your videos without an Internet connection. What you need to do is simply download the file.

You can change the language of your SMAC Cloud the following way:

  1. Open the

  3. Tap the Language Menu
  4. Select the appropriate language

  1. Go to the SMAC Cloud main menu and locate the magnifying glass icon at the top.
  2. Click on it and enter at least one characters of the file name you are looking for.
  3. Tap the search button and a list of results will be displayed.

To turn it on:

  1. Go to the SMAC Cloud Settings
  2. Locate the Auto download option
  3. Turn it on

Yes, SMAC Cloud is available for iPad.

  • Select appropriate options
  • Keep downloaded files – just sign-out from the app
  • Delete downloaded files – all downloaded file & database are clear and sign-out

1. How can I download the SMAC Cloud mobile app for android?

Get SMAC Cloud on Google Play Store or download the .APK file from here.

2. How can I change my password?
  • Tap on Navigation icon
  • Select Settings Menu
  • Locate for password
  • Type your current and your new password
  • Confirm the new password
  • Click on Change button
  • Look for the Account section, where you will see a Change Account Password button
  • Select Change Account Password
3. How can I share a file?

If you want to send a file:

  • Open file the file you want to send
  • Click on the top right Share icon
  • Enter the email address of the person to whom you want to send
  • Enter subject
  • And click on Send button

18. I haven’t received my account logins

We advise checking all of your email inbox folders including SPAM for this, however, if it still can’t be found please email support@smacsoftwares.com and they will be happy to assist.

19. How do I change the email address on my account?

Once logged into the Control Panel, click My Account in the top right corner. This takes you to the admin settings for your account and in the top table, you can amend your email address.

Be sure to update your email address in your SMAC Cloud applications or your backup will cease when the app next tries to communicate with our servers.
